From a frame with people to an object parody
The source composition is known as Piper Perri Surrounded: Piper Perri sits on a light sofa, with five men behind her. The frame comes from the adult video Orgy Is the New Black, released in 2015. In January 2016, a notable remake with captions about financial troubles appeared on 9GAG. People were given the roles of expenses and obligations, and the central figure was the person on whom all of it has come down.
In June 2018, object reproductions of the same scheme spread. Instead of participants, people used food, tools, toys, and other household items. Among the early notable examples was a version with cereal, published by LIT MEME GUY on Facebook on June 2. Russian-language captions such as “You know what meme this is” invited the viewer to recognize the original on their own. The author and publication date of the specific PlayStation staging have not been reliably established.
What is laid out on the green cloth
At the top of the image lies a light PlayStation console with a round lid. Below it, five dark gamepads are fanned out; wires and connectors are visible beside them. The background is green cloth, and at the bottom right a recognizable Brazzers mark has been added, supporting the adult reference. There are no people in the photo. The scene is assembled entirely from gaming equipment, which could just as well be an ordinary collection belonging to an owner of an old console.
The photo reproduces above all the ratio of one light object to five dark ones. The arrangement differs from the human frame: the console sits above the group of controllers. Nevertheless, the number and the color contrast help identify the scheme. The wires additionally link individual objects into one composition: the usual set for games has turned into a still life designed to evoke another scene.
The joke begins after recognition
In an ordinary captioned meme, the viewer reads the names of the problems and immediately grasps the hero's role. Here the meaning is built differently: the author removed the characters but kept enough signs for them to be remembered. The short phrase about knowing the meme turns the picture into a test of shared memory. If the reference is familiar, the gaming objects suddenly become participants in someone else's scene. If not, the viewer is left with an oddly arranged console and controllers.
This recognition creates a second layer of humor: the viewer notices not only the original situation but also the resourcefulness of the substitution. There is no need to draw faces or carefully copy the interior. A few objects, a singled-out lone figure, and a group of five are enough. The more ordinary the staging's material, the more noticeable the gap between its everyday purpose and the scene restored in memory. At the same time, this specific console version relies on color and count more than on a literal match of every position.
Invented compositions and captions
In the first invented variant, five black pencils are placed beside a white eraser, with the caption “You've already seen this team.” The objects remain stationery, but the familiar scheme changes how the picture is perceived. In a second invented variant, a small light cup is surrounded by five dark coffee pots. The caption does not list roles: the viewer has to find the correspondence on their own and understand why an ordinary kitchen still life looks suspiciously familiar.
The third invented example relates directly to the PlayStation: the console gets the caption “one free evening,” and the five gamepads are the names of five friends who all want to choose the game at once. Such a remake returns the equipment to its everyday purpose while keeping the memory of the original composition. It shows how an object parody can become a meme again about many demands on one person. Recognizing the scheme remains the first step, and the additional caption adds a new concrete situation.
